The Life and Death of Mr Badman

"Fourth. At funerals there does use to be mourning and lamentation, but here also Mr. Badman differs from others; his familiars cannot lament his departure, for they have not sense of his damnable state; they rather ring him, and sing him to hell in the sleep of death, in which he goes thither. Good men count him no loss to the world, his place can well be without him, his loss is only his own, and it is too late for him to recover that damage or loss by a sea of bloody tears, could he shed them."

John Bunyan “The Life and Death of Mr. Badman Presented to the World in a Familiar Dialogue Between Mr. Wiseman and Mr. Attentive.”

About 3 months ago my laptop “disappeared” from a draw in my room (locked). This is of course either some bizarre psychic phenomena or an internal burglary (there have been a number of “unsolved” thefts in the house). But as they say on the Bill, “what we know and what we can prove are not the same”

I affixed a mirror to the door of my room. Wonder if someone took offence? I later found said mirror broken. Dear oh dear, it is seven years bad luck for breaking a mirror…….

So add a bit of glass paint….

Hi Nick if you are reading this..

And the oracle speaks….

Know Thyself

Oh well, my room was broken into yesterday…. Crowbarred this time. What a life?

Found a painting and have just recalled it was painted after a break in at a previous abode. Living in Newtown (Beiruit in Birmingham…).

Bring me my Chariot! Of Fire!

And this one, done in a mindful painting workshop at Woodbrooke College.

oooo pink bits!
