SpriNGG 2011 part two

We had arrived at mini-Northern Green, to wit spriNGG 2011.



As had my Mum. This post could be a bit stream of consciousness......

alas the fell edge was a major obstacle for someone mobility impaired like the lovely Pamela.

Sunday Dinner was scrummy! Well I thought so



Pamela puts it away. You get a good dinner at Northern Green.



I then struck the tent just as it started to rain... Then Pamela was feeling ill. Was keen to get her home as soon as possible. Amber cars did a splendid job of getting us both back to Chapeltown plus a hitch hiker from Cornerstone. She was in pain so I called the surgery. Alas unbeknown to me their out of hours number put me through to NHS direct aka fuck off and die quietly. Finally called the ambulance. They eventually got her to Jimmy's. Thankfully she survived and recovered. Seems to have been a common infection. It happens.
